improved colour matching. shadows, reflections and specular in the environment
STILL NO PUPILS!
nuke tree for these 15 frames.........
good start. obviusly there is no shadows, reflections...or eyes yet. but it's starting to come together.
All the introduction shot is now pretty much in. obviously there will be many, many tweaks, but it won't change much in the grand sense. Also Billy finally got his ass in gear and did some fucking 3D animation!
see what you think.
p.s heres my nuke scripts for those interested. I like nuke now. its a helluva lot easier than stoopid after effects.
this is what it has come to....animating traffic...-_-
animation idea. shining light through a piece of glass then animating in some white paint.
More essence animation today. Got to animate a cheetah attacking a goat or something. didn't quite get too the take-down, but I was pleased with it.
This was done in collab with Mr Billy Mpetha (http://billympetha.tumblr.com/)
we did alternate frames in the beginning then just kinda mushed together at the end.
I liked this goat drawing..
More refined intro block. notice the chromatic aberattion in the light ;)
and the NUKE node tree for those interested (i'm still learning this crap so its probably horribly inefficient.
warm ups
progress so far. this was large scale wall drawings with charcoal and pastel. also we were in groups of three, so was rather hard to sync up animations. I handled the guy on the left.
fun little brief inside our 2D animation unit. Thanks too Dollz for the help :)
